Japanese Sweets

Japanese sweet is almost from rice-cake, azuki beans, starch syrup, and agar. It doesn't fatty, so it matches with a Japanese tea. I'll introduce two popular Japanese sweets I want you so much to eat.

First, I'll talk about Ohagi, another name is Botamochi. It has different names in seasons. It's a rice-cake covered with bean jam, soy flour and ground sesame.

Next, I'll talk about Yokan. It's a thick jelled dessert, made of red bean paste and
agar. There are two main types: Neri Yokan and Mizu Yokan. The contente of that vary with seasons. For example, it put in sweet potato or chestnuts.

Japanese sweets are so healthy, and I want you to try eating it. I recommend to eat it with Japanese tea! You will surely notice Japanese mind ;P
